6 MONTH PART REPLACEMENT WARRANTY:
This warranty protects the original purchaser for a period of 6 months from the date of invoice for repair or replacement of the defective part. This warranty applies to all used parts unless otherwise stated on the front of the invoice. The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover labor.
1 YEAR PART WARRANTY:
This warranty protects the original purchaser for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice for repair or replacement of the defective part. This warranty applies to engines, transmissions, transaxles, transfer cases, axle assemblies and carrier/differential assemblies. The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover labor.
1 YEAR PART AND LABOR WARRANTY:
This warranty covers engines, transaxles, transfer cases, axle assemblies and carrier/differential assemblies. This warranty protects your investment in the part for 1 year from the date of sale shown on the invoice. SG Auto Parts will cover labor at an hourly rate of $75 with Mitchell posting time with a maximum payout of $1,250.
3 YEAR PART AND LABOR WARRANTY:
This warranty covers engines, transmissions, transaxles, transfer cases, axle assemblies and carrier/differential assemblies. This warranty protects your investment in the part for 3 years from the date of sale shown on the invoice. SG Auto Parts will cover labor at the rate of $75 per hour at Mitchell posting times with a maximum payout of $1,250.
LIFETIME PART REPLACEMENT WARRANTY:
This warranty protects your investment for the life of the vehicle for which you purchased the part. This warranty does not include labor charges. This warranty is not transferable.
GEARBOARD WARRANTY:
Improper detent adjustment, low fluid level, use of improper fluid, failure to replace filter or defective front pump, and improper installation will void all warranties. All terms and conditions of the terms and conditions of sale apply. SG Auto Parts recommends that the purchaser replace the front seal, close seal, oil pan gasket, filters and axle shaft seals, if applicable, prior to installation as these are not covered under warranty.
ENGINE WARRANTY:
SG Auto Parts warrants to the original purchaser that the internal parts of its engines will be free from defects for the period stated on the invoice. Parts covered by the warranty are engine block, cylinder head and valves, camshaft, connecting rods and bearings, pistons, rings, oil pump, crankshaft and bearings, rocker arms, pushrods and other internal parts. Excluded from this warranty are all fuel injection parts, water pump, all electrical parts, hoses, lines, intake and exhaust manifolds and gaskets. SG Auto Parts strongly recommends that the purchaser replace the timing belt and rear main seal prior to installation as they are not covered under warranty.

- THERE IS A $40 FEE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS
- THERE MAY BE A RESTOCKING OR HANDLING FEE ON RETURNED ITEMS.
- BUYERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES ON PARTS NOT NEEDED OR MISORDERED. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYER ERROR.
- MOTORS HAVE HEAT TABS INSTALLED ON THEM, IF THE CENTER OF THE HEAT TAB IS MELTED OR TAB IS REMOVED THE WARRANTY IS VOID.
- NO LABOR WILL EVER BE PAID UNLESS A LABOR WARRANTY WAS PURCHASED AND IS STATED ON THE FRONT OF THE INVOICE. LABOR WARRANTY MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE TIME OF INVOICING.
- ANY LABOR WARRANTY PAID IS NOT TO EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE PART.
- WARRANTY STARTS ON THE DATE OF THIS INVOICE.
- WARRANTY STARTS ON THE DATE OF THIS INVOICE. ALL TIRES ARE SOLD AS IS.
